Beatrice A. Chung was born on November 3, 1920 in St. Mary, Jamaica to parents, Theresa Bennett Stamp and Henry Wan Yen Chung.

Beatrice married Herbert Joslyn Headley and together had four daughters Norma, Myrna, Judith and Sharon in over 50 years of marriage.

Beatrice migrated to the United States in 1952 and then proceeded to sponsor many of her sisters and brothers to the United States.

Beatrice fondly known as "Mom" to so many lived in Massachusetts, New York and retired to Florida in 2000. She enjoyed gardening in her younger years, entertaining family and friends, her exercise classes, visiting the arcades, volunteering at the hospital, Holy Family Thrift Store and then being the matriarch of the family during these later years.

She will be fondly remembered for her "love of life" and her outspoken manner.

She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert, daughter, Sharon, and sisters Enid, Viola, Mavis, and brothers Leonard, Lloyd and Arthur.
Survivors include daughters, Norma Wang (Massachusetts)
Judith Hobson-Mithell (West Palm Beach) and Myrna Wong (Port St. Lucie) granddaughters, Michelle Wallis and husband Matthew, Kimberly Silverstein, Lisa Bradley and husband Michael, and Kerry Fike and her husband Chris; great-grandchildren, Kara Wang, Perry Calhoun, Titus Fike, Samson Fike, and Moses Fike; her brothers, Winston Stamp and wife Elma, and Justin Roulston and wife Gloria; many nieces, nephews and other family members too numerous to mention.

Our "thanks" to all who loved "Mom"
